“History: The Post Boat is so named as in the early 1900’s the original craft was used by ‘Duncan The Post’ McLelland to deliver the post around the shores of the sea Loch working out of Ullapool in the Scottish Highlands

It has a foredeck hatch, narrow side deck and a full coaming around the cockpit which has deep and comfortable seating and a vast amount of locker space. The craft has full built-in rigid buoyancy and derives stability from the hull form and ballast encapsulated in the keel, giving exceptional stability afloat.”

The boat has always been stored ashore under a summer or specially-designed winter cover. It is easily towed by a medium sized family car. The only reason for sale is that they are now not able to use the boat as often as they would like to due to other commitments.”
