We are pleased to offer for sale this lovely example of one of Fairline's classics - the Sprint 21 which benefits from an economical Volvo Penta diesel engine and updated cabin upholstery.
The Fairline Sprint is a compact sports cruiser well recognised for its excellent sea-keeping qualities and an ideal first cruiser for both coastal and inland use. Produced between January 1988 and June 1999, GRP planing hull and GRP deck. This actual boat was supplied new in February 1991 and is a rare diesel version, well maintained and used from a dry stack for the last 5 years.
The cockpit area with twin helm seat located to the starboard side with instrumentation, chart table, throttle controls and steering wheel. The rear of the cockpit is fitted with a U-shaped bench (lockers beneath) and removable table (convertible to a cockpit berth). At the stern there is a dipped area allowing for rear access to the integral bathing platform also equipped with fender holders. A pair of dinghy davits are included and easily re-fitted.
The forward cabin has a V-shaped seating area (nearly new upholstery), which converts into a double bed complete with deck hatch and curtains. To the starboard side is a separate heads compartment with door, a chemical toilet, basin with hot & cold taps and curtains. To the port side is the galley area which consists of a sink (hot & cold), sliding storage cupboards, hob area and fridge space. The rear of the cabin gives access to a single quarter berth under the cockpit complete with privacy curtain.
